Thank you for shopping with Maiden Avenue. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily issue a store credit within 10 working days of receiving your item(s).

All items returned to Maiden Avenue MUST be in the original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original swing tags still attached.

Items may be brought into store or returned via post with our return form completed.

Please note SALE ITEMS CANNOT be returned.

In the event that you have received an item from us that has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange once your item has been returned. 

  • Please do not discard the original swing tags and packaging.
  • It is the consumers responsibility to check each item prior to wearing or washing for any faults. Garments that have been worn or washed and then later returned will not be issued a refund. 

Should you opt for a credit note your code will be in the form of an email to you with a DISCOUNT CODE to use on our website. 

Please note that if the order was paid via Layby or After Pay your instalment payments will remain being paid until the original item has been paid in full.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All return policies issued by Maiden Avenue abide by and are in line with the Australia Consumer Law (ACL). All decisions made by us are final.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We try our very best to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order weekdays only. All orders received on weekends will be processed the on first working day after.

Please understand sometimes things do go wrong and are out of our control. We will endeavor to keep you updated as much as possible with any information we get.

  • If you have more than 1 item in your parcel you may receive your order in two parcels as we ship from different warehouses.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We take no responsibility for items that are returned to us and lost in the mail.
